Corey Feldman & Edward Furlong sign up for UK horror flick The Zombie King
November, 08 2011        Posted By admin        No Comments »

While sifting through my inbox today I stumbled on a little gem I had to look twice at. A UK horror flick starring both Corey Feldman and Edward Furlong? Well this definitely warrented a look-see. What did I find?

A nifty little flick called THE ZOMBIE KING. Coming from Northern Girl Productions Ltd and director Aidan Belizaire, THE ZOMBIE KING’s rundown reads a little something like this:

Edward will be taking on the role of Samuel Peters (The Zombie King) and Corey will be taking the role of Kalfu the God of Malevolence. These characters have an interesting twist to a zombie film. A film with a blend of comedy, action, nails biting tension, which will appeal to horror fans and zombie lovers alike….

Hmm… intriguing to say the least. 7 souls, 7 steps, 7 days to Hell. I can dig it. Along with Feldman (above left) and Furlong (above right) the flick is also set to star Giles Alderson, Forbes KB, Jay Sutherland, Patrick Toomey, George McCluskey, Anabel Barnston (below) and Nathan Head.

THE ZOMBIE KING marks Northern Girl Productions Ltd’s first film as a company in association with Templeheart Films. Rebecca-Clare Evans and Jennifer Chippindale are producing.

So what do you guys think? THE ZOMBIE KING worth keeping an eye on? After checking out THE ZOMBIE KING teaser art I tossed up below be sure to spit some bullets and let us know how you’re feeling about this one. As soon as we hear more on THE ZOMBIE KING, for better or worse, we’ll be here telling you about it!

Method Man-Starring The Mortician 3D Find Distribution
November, 04 2011        Posted By admin        No Comments »

Grindhouse Entertainment has acquired The Mortician 3D for a U.S. release.

Method Man and Edward Furlong star in the film directed by Gareth Maxwell Roberts. No release date has been set. Trailer and synopsis below!

The Mortician processes corpses with a steely regard. He is alienated and cold. He feels threatened by his new employee, Noah, who brings the notorious gangster, Carver, to the mortuary door. The Mortician’s attention is pricked by the tattoo of Botticelli’s ‘Birth of Venus’ on the body of a murdered young woman, Jenny. A fleeting recognition triggers a sequence of haunting dreams from his childhood. He discovers a scared child, Kane, fleeing the morgue. Carver interrogates him about the whereabouts of the boy. The Mortician witnesses Noah drag Kane into the shadows of a derelict tenement. Forcing him to act, Kane sparks the Mortician’s emotional awakening. Emerging from his icy state, the Mortician and Kane become reluctant allies united in their struggle to escape the physical and emotional chains that threaten to imprison them.
